These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Auto Body Shop Los Angeles (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Site is a directory of independently-owned auto body, collision repair, and related shops in the Los Angeles area. We are not a repair shop, an insurance company, or a party to any transaction between you and a business listed here. Any repair work, estimate, or agreement you make with a listed business is strictly between you and that business.
Listing information — including licensing, insurance, hours, pricing, and services offered — is generally supplied by the business itself and may change without notice. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate but do not independently verify every detail, and we make no guarantee about the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any listed business or its work. Always confirm current licensing, insurance, and pricing directly with a shop before authorizing any repair.
To submit a business listing or leave a review, you’ll need to create an account with accurate information. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away through our Contact page if you believe your account has been compromised.
Basic listings are free. Featured and Premium placement are optional paid upgrades, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until canceled. Paid placement affects visibility and ranking on the Site — it does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, leads, or business outcomes. We reserve the right to edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing — free or paid — that we determine is inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms, at our discretion and without a guaranteed refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business being reviewed. Reviews that are fake, defamatory, harassing, or that violate any law are not permitted and may be removed without notice. By posting a review or any other content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in connection with promoting the Site.
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-collect content from the Site by automated means; submit false or fraudulent business listings; post spam, malware, or unlawful content; or otherwise attempt to disrupt or misuse the Site.
The Site links to business websites and other third-party resources for convenience. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site we don’t operate.
The Site’s design, original graphics and icons, and editorial content (including guides and articles) belong to Auto Body Shop Los Angeles unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Business names, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners.
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Body Shop Los Angeles is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any listing or review, or your dealings with any business found through the Site — including, without limitation, the quality of any repair work performed by a listed business.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
